In stock items

Orders of in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed and will be sent via Royal Mail. Using standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-3 days following dispatch. You will also have the option to upgrade shipping at the checkout for a quicker delivery time.

Postage and packaging charges to UK addresses are calculated at the checkout based on the size and weight of the combined order.

If you have ordered one of my curious creations this will be delivered using a signed for service.

For international customers please contact me for a quote for postage and packaging charges. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is present to accept the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to your local delivery office to await redelivery instructions or collection. If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time, the package will eventually be returned to Curiously Contrary. In this case a fee will be payable if you would like the package re-delivered.

Custom & made to order items

If you have ordered a custom piece, you will have been provided with a timescale for the items to be created. Once complete, your item will be dispatched via a signed for service.
