Crochet Pattern - bell shaped doorstop with patterned band - pdf instant download
Using this pattern you can create this stylish, tactile bell-shaped doorstop. Crocheted from t-shirt yarn, you can use the colour of your choice to match your interior decor. My finished doorstop measures approximately D11cm x W16cm x H19cm (without the ring), but the size of your doorstop will vary depending on the thickness of the yarn used, your hook size and tension of stitches. The finished doorstop is suitable for indoor use only.
To make this doorstop, you will need the following materials (further details of materials are provided in the pattern):
• Reel of t-shirt yarn
• 8mm - 10mm crochet hook (as appropriate for thickness of yarn)
• Wooden ring for top (can be made without)
• Sand or rice for weighted filling (1 - 1.2 kg)
• Stuffing
My patterns are written in English and use UK terminology for stitches. You will need basic crochet skills and be able to complete the following basic crochet stitches and actions:
Chain stitch, double crochet (UK), slip stitch, increasing and decreasing stitches
